I am lucky because my neighbor has pitched in and done my driveway most of the time. I
have bought a small snowblower that is operated with batteries. It has really helped me
become more independent. Be careful shoveling, though.

Times have changed and people don't want to get involved with neighbors. I have been on this street for 15 years and haven't even talked with my neighbors. A wave is all ya get. Plus they have this weird thing in my area where no one shovels their sidewalks and everyone walks in the street. The apartment buildings on this street are the only buildings that shovel.

My wife was driving , I was looking to the left and notice an accident that happen , it was a ways off the road, I could see a women trapped in her car, I told my wife to stop, and I ran over to her car, she could not get the doors open, because of the air bags, it was real hard for me to get her out of there, there was a truck that was part of the accident , with two guys, just having a good old time watching me get her out of the car , we didn't have much but we were taught in my family, to help others in need.

That tree seems to be a favorite hangout for birds. There's almost always some perching there.
