Woman killed over not saying 'thank you'

Seems she was shot due to the altercation escalating, not, in actuality, because she didn't say Thank you. People have just gone mad, literally! I hate it when I hold the door open and the person doesn't say thank you. When that happens, I say to them as they walk away "You're welcome". :cautious:
