Women who worked at same restaurant find out they're biological sisters

A pair of women who became close friends while working at the same restaurant discovered nine years later that they are biological sisters.

Cassandra Madison and Julia Tinetti said they met in 2013 when they were both working at the Russian Lady restaurant in New Haven. The women said they quickly became friends and bonded over both having Dominican Republic tattoos and being adopted.

That is great, I like a good story and that is
one of the best, especially as it was a surprise.

wow! what are the chances ?

We had a similar case here. Sounds almost unbelievable but it's true. One of my mum's co-workers and her husband adopted a little boy from the Lebanon- this is over 30 years ago. One winter break holiday some years later one of his classmates was on a skiing holiday in the Swedish mountains and saw him there. He was surprised and sad when he said hi and his friend ignored him so he told his parents. They thought it was odd so they kept a look out for him. When they saw him he was together with completely different parents so they approached the family and started talking. Turned out that they had also adopted their son from the Lebanon.

Guess you've reckoned out where this is going.

They took the family's details and when they got home contacted mum's co-worker, told her what had happened and gave her the family's details. She got in touch with the family and found out that they'd adopted their son from the same orphanage at almost the same time. They got together and checked all the information and eventually after a DNA test found out that the boys are identical twins.

If the first boy's classmate and the twin brother hadn't been at the same place at the same instant in time they'd probably never found each other

Life works in mysterious ways. Almost makes me think there is something somewhere pulling some strings.
