This is one of my favorite chicken recipes.....
In a large skillet brown onion and sweet bell peppers in olive oil...set aside.
Add more olive oil to same skillet, brown floured and seasoned chicken strips.
Add the onion/peppers back into skillet with chicken, add 1 can of chopped tomatoes.
Add basil and your favorite spices, cook with lid on for 10 to 15 minutes.
Uncover and cook liquids down, stirring occasionally until thickens.
