I've been buying lamb cutlets from a Halal butcher. They are magnificent - fresh, fat trimmed and quite large. The supermarket ones are scrawny and more expensive.

Cloes have nice chunky Halal chicken legs @Warrigal its the only time I buy chicken legs …

i use this super ..EASY … recipe to oven cook them …..which is all just 3 powdered spices / flour ….and a spray of olive Oil …..they are delicious
