Word of the Day - Bilious

Bilious (adjective) - 1) nauseous, queasy. 2) irritable, bad-tempered, grouchy.

The old woman was afraid to approach her bilious neighbor about his loud noises.

Oh I remember the feeling of being bilious. It happened with my first pregnancy in 88. Why did they call it "Morning Sickness" as it was all day?

The second time around, it was simply feeling bilious. Oh no, it turned into "Hyperemesis gravidarum" in 90. Yes, just what Duchess of Cambridge, now The Princess of Wales suffered during all her three pregnancies.

However, my OB/GYN did nothing as I was his first case. Had to find help from alternative medicine. Thankfully, I recovered with help from hubby's research and the lovely herbalist lady.

Well that's my experiences with the word bilious. It was more popular during the time of HM Queen Victoria...and her nine children
