Cloop (noun) - the sound made when a cork is removed from a bottle.

A loud cloop in the dining room was a signal that another bottle of wine was being opened.

My favourite part of witnessing the opening of a wine bottle when I was a young child wasn't the cloop or the taste, it was being given the cork to smell after!

It is disappointing when a wine bottle has a screw cap rather than a cork. The cloop sound is so festive!
