Word of the Day - Opprobrium

I see it's a noun, so can a person be called opprobrium? As in "He's an opprobrium arse."

Wait....that would be an adjective, right? Arse is the noun.

So would you say "opprobrious arse"? But then it's still an adjective....isn't it?

So maybe you'd just say "Don't even talk to that guy; he's 100% opprobrium." ...?

Speaking in The House of Commons, Sir Nicholas Soames said:
"On a point of order, Mr Speaker. The Government have said, in a more than usually bovine announcement, that they intend to adjourn the House on Thursday. You are the guardian of the rights of Back Benchers. This decision will bring opprobrium on the whole House."
