Perfunctory (adjective) - carried out with a minimum of effort or consideration.

Many people look like they put a perfunctory effort into getting dressed.

When I interact with people, I greatly appreciate it when they are obviously sincere, instead of perfunctory words and actions;
such as, their asking me questions, and then immediately looking away, and paying no attention at all, to whether I was replying or not.
