I play it nearly every day and Quordle too. If the game you just did was #661, I found it fun and challenging. It is similar to a game I made up for playing on road-trips and camping.

Same for me and that seemed fitting for the nature of the word and the fit to my starter.

I wonder if anyone else plays Quordle most days too? I find it more challenging and requiring other strategy considerations. It is often hard enough that I expect to lose occasionally. In the last week I struck out twice on consecutive days and still had a good time. Today's game was mostly easy but one word opened up into many possible solutions and so took me 9 tries, which is par beyond which you strike out. Getting a 6 happens as frequently as striking out but 7 and 8 are the most common for me. The best I ever did was come within one guess of getting a 5. After getting my 3rd word on my 4th guess I had a coin flip to get the 5 .. but whiffed.
 
I haven't played it for ages... you've reminded me about it. I love word games.. and wordle..in it's previous form on TV..Lingo.. was always a favourite of mine way back in the day...

I used to play Quordle just about every day. However, in recent months I've been very busy and could not afford the time nor concentration. Things should let up a bit and I know I will get back to it soon. (I moved to another state last week)

Lordy, moving would definitely wipe out my free time. Good luck getting back to your new normal soon.

yes it may well be.. it was a popular tv show many years ago, then they took it off.. and then in the last couple of years it's been re-instated... so I don't know whether it originated here or not...
 
I play it every day. My children do also. We've gotten in the habit of sharing our daily scores with each other. Why? I have no idea.

It's just the right level of challenge I think. As you do it daily, you learn how to get more skilled and it is satisfying.
Perfect too because you only have one word per day, so you can't waste time playing endlessly and getting bored.
 
I used to play it but lost interest after awhile
I found another game similar to Wordle, called' Word Tango' ,you are given 4 lines with some letters missing. At the bottom are the letters have to figure out where they go for each line
I find it to be more stimulating/challenging than Wordle
