New well, need to connect well to house after electricity is in house. The 300 ft deep well will connect to house by underground pipe roughly 50 yards of digging around electrical pole guideline and under cement driveway connection to basement compressor tank. House will be reframed with partial new roof and siding. House is over 100 yrs old so all plumbing, electric and work will be up to code prior to completion.
The washer, dryer and hot water are to be replaced by new appliances, the walls and ceiling were stripped from the master bedroom because of asbestos will be replaced, the laundry room and dining room will be rebuilt, numerous damaged items will be replaced including our request that the Woodstove and chimney be removed and sold to a neighbor.
Insurance settlement $130,500, $10,000 adjuster fees, remaining amount for repair costs including permits and code updates. There is a lot to this keeping everything in sync and moving forward.
