Across the world tomorrow in many cities is Make Music Day.
Make Music Day | Worldwide Celebration of Music | June 21st, 2025
Here in the SFBA there are free music events scheduled in both San Francisco and Santa Clara County. I'll be attending at least a couple events by tomorrow afternoon in downtown San Jose. Check out all these below link listings. Many besides working bands are non-professional, especially school and religious singing choral groups. It is wonderful that so many people are making and sharing music, one of we human's greatest treasures.

I've been up in San Francisco dancing outdoors 2 of the last 3 weekends, so these nearby events are a chance for less driving. So are there any Make Music Day events where you other members live?
In addition to these events, there is a long list of other music events across the SFBA as today is the Juneteenth Celebration for our African American brothers and sisters. And this evening is the summer solstice, start of summer.
