Worst Storms in 20 Years Predicted for San Diego Area

California is going through a major "climate change" in recent weeks. After years of drought, they are seeing some serious rain and snowfall totals....and those living near any areas that have experienced recent forest fires will probably have to deal with mudslides, etc. But then, this Winter has been a season of extremes for much of the country....heavy precipitation amounts on the West Coast, and Northeast, and much warmer than normal. with little rain or snow in much of the Midwest. If this trend continues, here, I expect a bunch of triple digit days in the Summer.
 
Well, WE (L.A..) got it all day yesterday! Torrential rain, cold temps + high winds !

Still around this morning but the rain has let up somewhat.

I'm watching the news right now. A fire engine just went into a sink hole !
 

Sending good thought for everyone in California, between the heavy rains, mudslides and sinkholes, it sounds like a nightmare.

I saw that sink hole incident. Well wishes to all in CA. I have relatives there.
