No. My uncle Umberto took one and he ended up doing 7 years in the slammer for the crime of making cement galoshes.
It’s best if the police are able to convince people with any type of mental or personality disorder that are on meds to stay off the meds for 24 hours prior to the exam. This should be done with their doctor’s approval.
