Would you fly to a foreign country to meet a possible soulmate?

This question does not apply to me as I am 74 with 75 wrinkles on my face alone..but for you would you chance meeting someone you spoke with online…would you be ok with your son or daughter meeting someone they spoke to online? if it were my daughter I would probably say ok and take the same plane.. I would be the one wearing the large hat with a different coloured hair!

When I was in college I took a few exchange students out and the culture differences were just too much. So no. As other have pointed out, what’s a soulmate anyhow. I think its just an idealistic concept and not necessarily a loving working relationship. There are many aspects to good union.

Being through a couple bad marriages. You need to be with some one in person awhile to get to know them. People live double lives all the time. I have a hard time trusting a man that is in my own town, let alone another country. Wisdom tells me that if something looks too good to be true, that it in fact it is false. Being seniors we should know better.?

I’d go to a different planet or galaxy, if I could but not to meet a soulmate. I doubt such things exist. I think I’d have a better chance to find a leprechaun’s pot of gold at the rainbow’s end.

Does that really matter? So do most 74 year old men, the number of wrinkles should have little to do with it... Or so I think.
