No way; almost all my dreams are nightmares, either scary stuff or sad stuff (dreaming about loved ones who have died and I'll never see again, like my dream last night about Mom); so yeah, no thanks.

Obviously online media click bait for a machine that likely does far less.

I have an unusual brain that dreams 100% of the time while asleep, not just during REM sleep. So as someone in their eighth decade have a vast dream life. Would for curiosity reasons be at least sometimes interesting but not generally.

I've always had very vivid dreams, very detailed and incredible color. I will always remember the wonderful ones, feel good and worth remembering. Some dreams may not be actual nightmares, but they are negative in some way. Those I choose not to keep on remembering. I have no desire to replay any of my dreams. Just look forward to having many more, and will cherish the good ones.

There was a time in my life where I was engrossed in my dreams. I would keep a notebook next to my bed, and before sleeping, I would tell myself to jot down any dream that came along. I remember being half awake and writing the dreams down. It was quite an experience. I consulted some dream dictionaries to try and understand them. They could not always be taken at face value.

A few dreams did come true, and some were prophetic. My mother has that ability to dream prophetically. There have been many a time where a dream would alert her to something bad about someone in her family and she would contact them, and lo and behold, they were going through a difficult time. She had a dream about a year ago that she was sleeping and someone told her that she had a stroke and the ambulance was outside, and she insisted that that she didn't have a stroke. The next morning, she saw an ambulance across the street. Her neighbor's wife had a stroke overnight and the ambulance had come to take her. Talking about prophetic!!!

I have always had the ability to remember the dreams that guide me. The others I do not remember, do not matter, so not interested in replaying them.
However, I think this is a wonderful invention that can help mentally disturbed people and bring them some peace of mind, help them to understand why some things are happening in their everyday life.

I don't think so, no I'd better not, I'm so much younger and energetic in my dreams, and besides, I've set my mind on staying alive an becoming a centurian. 😊

Research with fMRI machines have a good number of researchers convinced that actually many people have non-REM dreams, but most do not recall them and if they do often can't make any sense of them, reports suggest these are often those very jumbled dreams that have bits and pieces of perceptions from during the day. Unlike REM dreams which may have fantastical elements but more often have some plot or story that makes sense within the dream.

Meh. I rarely dream. Except a couple of nights ago I dreamed that I had measles and decided that I'd go to work anyway because who'd care? Almost nobody there has had the Covid vaccine except me and two others who are older (65-ish), and nobody except the three of us who've been vaxxed wear masks. So in my dream I didn't think it would matter. What measles has to do with Covid, I have no idea!šŸ¤”

Wow! This machine is just a beginning into how thought will be read and analyzed! Then THE SOUL integration with the mind will be studied!
This will be incredible! When mankind learns to use their force of thought to help the world, wonders will occur!
(Of course, this will be in a society of higher intelligence and evolution.)

I have prophetic dreams all the time, and SO MANY dreams about future innovations and technology! They are AMAZING!
( These are dreams of a future lifetime.)
All my dreams are WONDERFUL! I've never had a nightmare.
My dreams of the future are so filled with contentment!

Last night recall an interesting period of dreaming. Every time I ever wake up it is during a dream so can usually ponder on what I had been dreaming about in recent minutes. One needs to understand dreams are continuously morphing as one's brain fills in visual patterns into our internal model of the perceptual world. Numbers of my dreams are inside or around multistory buildings with other people. I was reclining under stairs that after a bit I decided to descend that morphed into a smooth sloped path I began sliding down in my shoes in a manner similar to skiing, launching over small obstacles in the path, much fun. No doubt influenced by my recent days watching of GoPro POV skiing videos I've made. Soon Tahoe will get enough snow for resorts to open and then will occasionally dream of actually skiing that is quite enjoyable. Unfortunately that usually does not last long before morphing into something else.
