Would you like to live in this strange building?

That is a beautiful design. I googled the price to live there and it is above my resource limit.

The Wave (Bølgen) in Vejle, Denmark, is a luxury residential complex with apartments selling for between €400,000 and €1,800,000 (roughly $430,000 to $1.9 million+ USD) as of 2019-2022. Top-floor, 2,700-square-foot duplex units have reached prices around $2 million USD.

You probably wouldn't be aware of the design when you're inside, but I feel living near water can be a huge risk. In my previous home, about 15 years ago, there was a huge snowmelt and rain in January. The house was about 300 feet from the Hudson River and on a knoll, but the water came up to the roadside just across the street.
Well hotels on the beach never seem to worry about that..... :sneaky::D

You have to give them credit for not skimping on space. They could have used the space more effectively and incorporated more square footage to house more tenants but chose not to. I do like the design. It is rather intriguing and yes, I would live there for sure.

No, it would not be for me. How do they hook up the electricity and utilities? Like others, I would like some trees and nature surrounding me. Also, how would they handle flooding or bad weather? Too risky.
Underground. That’s the norm around here for at least 25 years.
