Would you rather have Endless Love or Endless money?

money may pay the bills but it doesn't always mean you'll be happy anymore than love will. i'm going with being content with what i have and where i am in life.
I agree.. That's why that would be a hard choice for me. But if I had to choose at my age, it would be money.

I am not sure. However, at the age I am now, I would say Endless money - Love don't pay the bills. But I love love so this is a hard one for me,
Isn't there a Righteous Brothers hit about "Endless Love"? (Oops no, Diana Ross and Lionel Richie, Righteous Brothers sang Unchained Melody, with strong lyrics about love).

If you could have both options offered in the thread title you'd be well set wouldn't you, and when reading a book called "Utopia" by Sir Thomas More, written five centuries ago, (that "dry old book" as my then wife described it!), the issue you've raised was examined in some detail I seem to remember. One very memorable idea put forward, or imaginery policy put into practise in Utopia was using chains made of gold to restrain prisoners in gaol, so they might come to understand the real limitations of such commodities we think of as riches.
Right now I'd settle for endless love and a bit of money in my pocket, as a fair balance in life. :)

If you have endless money, you'll have endless love, whether you want it or not.
Gandhi said when he gave up on prioritising his own needs, and put himself into the hands of others, or chose to serve others, "everything" came to him in life, (or words to that effect I believe?), but I'd prefer to follow my father's advice about being "Mr Nobody with a bob/dollar in your picket"!
(Your cynicism amused me though :) ).

Well, some people lust after money, so maybe you can have a little of both... 😸
