Would you ride one of the newer rollercoasters?

Cedar Point in Ohio is close and considered one of the best roller coaster parks in the US. Once I hit my teens I believe I went at least once a summer all the way into my forties when my kids became teens. In truth I always hated the roller coasters but went on them because they were there I guess.

Last few times I rode those kind of rides I think I suffered some sort of brain shake and didn't feel good for a couple of days afterward.lol. No way would I ride them now.

I rode the one on Coney Island when I was 9. It went over the ocean at one turn. I was so scared and wouldn't get on another one. My little sister, age 5, loved it and went again. Other than carousels, with daughter as a toddler, no other rides.

I did all the Coney Island rides years ago. Steeplechase was kind of scary when the metal horse you were on circled out above the park. I even did the parachute jump. At the time the roller coaster was considered the best. I think there are several more frightening ones now. So glad I no longer have to prove anything.

Not me. I'm afraid to ride the Farris Wheel! However, if I found myself able, I'd enjoy riding Till-a-Whirls, and Loop O Loop Planes.

Not anymore. I don't think I have the constitution for it. When younger, sure. But I don't find fear quite so exhilarating any more.

The last time I rode a roller coaster was a long time ago. My date and I went to Coney Island in my Hudson convertible.

I went to Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio in the summer of 2010. We rode the roller coaster and I laughed so hard riding on it. It was the best time I have had in years! Yes, I would try one of the newer ones too as long as it didn't have one of those really fast drops where your stomach feels like it's jumping out of your mouth..lol I have enjoyed many roller coaster rides as a kid, too. I had to wait till I was tall enough to go on it because I was rather short. Those were some really good times that made me laugh so hard! I'd like to feel that way again! šŸ˜†
