Would you wear one of these?

@horseless carriage , lovely the way she ensures that the pattern lines up at the front. I took an upholstery course many years ago. We were taught that plaids and patterns lined up was a sign of quality.
Let me show you close up shots of five shirts that depict the golden age of travel. Look closely and you will see the breast pocket then look again at the top left hand corner and see the open neck or lapel-like collar.

The first shirt has all those stickers that went on luggage, there were many fictitious ones too. So many poseurs!
The second shirt depicts all the places recorded in the famous song: "Route 66."
The third and fourth shirts are mostly the kind of baggage that was exclusive to the rich and famous.
The final shirt is an art-deco depiction of "The Golden Age of Travel."

I don’t wear sweaters but if I did, I’d probably wear a couple of them. I have a Santa t-shirt I wear on the holidays.
I'm not sure those are sweaters, Pappy. With the collar and zipper, and I think one has cuffs, they look like shirts...like long-sleeved zip-neck t-shirts.

Would I?

I would, and I have.

Thank you, @horseless carriage . Nice work. Love art deco!

Your wife is very lucky to have someone to sew for, who appreciates her creations.
Truth be told, we are probably fortunate to have found one another when we were so young.
When I read here, have seen first hand elsewhere, the acrimonious break downs of some relationships,
I feel that lady luck smiled on me the day she agreed on a date, and then later, agreed to see me again.
