back and there was a big doe deer feeding in my yard!!!! SO cool !!! sorry no pic....

The New Forest, near where we used to live, has many a fawn this time of year.

We see a lot of doe’s this time of year. They come out of the dense forest to graze on our new grass.

Where I used to live there were deer occasionally.
I live in the city now so we never see deer.
There are all kinds of other critters though.

Sometimes we get skunks, other animals make them spray, Thank goodness for candles and vanilla incense.

Now that the bears have moved on, all we get in the backyard are rabbits. I'm happy with that, though.

We get a lot of Deer on our roads here.. but it's the muntjacs that gets into our gardens, when they come out from the woods ... espeically at night and they bark loudly like dogs

We get much the same with The New Forest donkeys. The hee-haw noise they make is
known as a bray. This time of year they are braying a warning to keep away from their young.

very close to the door.....dam I wish I had a working camera.
