Bots... wouldn't it be cool if there was a program that would make the bot machines self destruct after pulling this garbage on forums?I wonder what they get out of it?
I mean that this seems like a bunch of juveniles passing the day with a laugh.
A temporary thing. We will just wait them out.I wonder what they get out of it?

So, what's the purpose of shutting down a chat site for seniors?
@Matrix has his work cut out for him, big job controlling/eliminating scummy spammers/scammers. Hopefully when this batch gets the boot, we won't have to see them again.Looking at the Members on-line list - 120, the absolute majority new spam posting "Members"
I'd think so... I've seen it similar but am pretty much computer illiterate.I'm assuming this is like one bot making all the new accounts, right? Not 27 different "people" all deciding to spam/attack at the same time?
Yes. More than 200 Bot spam messages flooded the site for over three hours.I guess I missed something.
Thank you. I guess these clowns are everywhere.Yes. More than 200 Bot spam messages flooded the site for over three hours.
Matrix had to shut the site down for a couple of hours to rid the interlopers.
So did I. I haven't noticed anything. I have an adblocker. I wonder if that the reason.I guess I missed something.

It began about 20 hours ago and last approximately 3 hours. Site shut down by Matrix for 2 hours to rid the spammer botsI thought I was internet savvy, but somehow I missed the "lots of" spamming! I did see one suspicious post lately and I think that guy was called out pretty quickly.
I never did like Spam, fried or straight from the tin.![]()
