Yanno those "aging parents" we read about?

It just dawned on me that I'm the aging parent! Ack. I thought to myself that I don't feel like an aging parent, but how would I know?

It freaks me out when they refer to 50 year olds as "seniors" and 60 year olds as "elderly".

In 13 years I will reach 100.

Age is just a number. In April, my Mom will be 90 years old. I tell people that she is "a young 90". She lives by herself in an isolated area. She still drives and is always on the go! Sometimes I can't even keep up with her. LOL
