What I enjoy most about
pumpkins, is the memory of how they look in a farm field,

either during their growing season,



or afterwards, when the huge green leaves and bright blossoms are all died back, and remaining are the large and varied and multitude of brightly colored pumpkins, decorating the Autumn field.
Once harvested, I enjoy it as a vegetable,
Or in simple basic recipes, for home-made, old-fashioned muffins or pie or cookies or sweetbread, over any newer creations.
However, I haven't ever tasted Pumpkin Coffee, so I will reserve any personal judgement on that!
