Standard grab bag, meaning you put in a wrapped gift and when it's your turn, you take a gift. However, those whose turns come after yours have the option of unwrapping a gift or stealing a gift that's already been opened, in which case the person whose gift is stolen can now steal from someone else or unwrap a gift.

As we play it, a gift can only be stolen once per round (so it can't get stolen from you and then you turn around and steal it back) and after 3 steals the item is frozen from further stealing. Further, the person who drew #1 (first person to unwrap a gift) also has the last number, meaning a final opportunity to steal from whatever hasn't been frozen.

It's a very fun way to have a grab bag, and it prevents lame, perfunctory gifts.
Everyone wants to put a gift in that everyone wants and is stolen repeatedly.
