You have a bread machine, you say,,,,,

Hawky, that was fascinating! A tremendous amount of work goes into making this bread. It was surprising to see how they brush the breads with water and then do acrobatics to stick them to the walls of the oven. I enjoyed the video. Thanks for sharing. 😘
 
I do not have a bread machine. I still make bread the old fashion way, and I make bread of all kinds often. However, I use my dough hook on my mixer these days to help me knead the bread. My hands and wrists are not as strong as they use to be. If one day I can not make bread any longer, then I will probably get a bread machine.
