My grandson left college in Missouri yesterday due to so many Covid cases.He tested negative,stayed in his room (alone) for two days,tested negative again, and flew home. His gf picked him up at the airport in Sacramento yesterday and he went to her house til today,then his buddy picke him up and is bringing him home. Meanwhile,my youngest daughter`s hubby got two jobs doing fire clean up in a town 100 miles from where she lives,so she went with him today to meet the owners of the properties. They stopped at a strip mall for iced coffees when she heard someone call her name across the parking lot. It was our grandson (her nephew)! He and his buddy had stopped for lunch lol. So random!

I randomly met an acquaintance in Piccadilly Circus whom I knew from my South Campus Cafeteria 3000 miles away. Became good friends.

I met myself in the mirror this morning and just about died thinking there was some old guy in the bathroom!

I had been in Turkey only for a few days back in 1969 when I ran into a guy I had graduated from high school with.

My husband used to work with a couple of brothers. Years ago we drove across the country to go to Newfoundland and we met one of the brothers waiting for the ferry.

My husband got his covid test report today by going online and it’s confirmed he’s negative

I do know if I do a rushed trip to the store and am wearing my grubby clothes, no makeup, etc, I’ll run into people I know.

I cant hardly go anywhere around here without running into someone that I know.... I mean 30-40 miles away...
But the wildest is a new nurse at the hospital.... we went to high school together.... Small school.... grad glass was 84 students

During this Covid crisis,I've seen a few church friends/other friends either on my walks,in grocery stores or at Target.Its been wonderful to stop and talk social distancing with masks.I always tell myself' NO you can't hug them" which drives my nuts.I've almost forgotten how to do this,instead I hug my golden retriever pillow
