I love it. They certainly work hard at what they do and the herd seems to know they mean business even at that age.

I am a huge fan of the herding breeds. Their instinct, intellect, and loyalty are beyond impressive. One of the greatest dogs I ever shared my life with was a Border Collie/Australian Shepherd mix. I miss him every day.
