Your chance to make a difference.

Very few of us actually can make an impact on civilization. Now, here is your chance. Give your taste buds a test.
Which is better?

Coke or Pepsi??????????

Only true soda aficionados know the difference.:)

I say Coke.

Well, I would have said Pepsi when I was drinking them in earlier years. But I seldom have a soda these days, and when I do, it's a diet. And Coke Zero is hands down the best tasting diet cola drink out there.

I rarely drink any kind of soda anymore, and choose sugar-free on those rare occasions when I indulge. Either Diet Coke or Diet Pepsi is fine, slight edge to Coke.

I say Coke.

Back in the sixties, when Coke was coke…in the little green bottles.
Oh, yeah.
I so miss that rich inimitable taste
Now?
Of the two?
Pepsi
The lesser of those with that distinguished biochemical taste

But

Of all the sodas in the present world?

Gimme a mug of A&W root beer

And after a few sips with my meal

Regular Pepsi, but Diet Coke.

I don’t know what happened to Diet Pepsi, but about 4-5 years ago, the people at Pepsi either changed the recipe or the brand of artificial sweetener that they use. The taste did change, but who knows why? I also like Jack & Diet Coke.

As well as cans we still get coke in glass bottles ( the old fashioned shape)... and apparently the difference between our coca cola ( although made by the same company ) is that unlike the American Coke ours doesn't contain corn syrup which makes it less sweet than that of the USA

All soda pops are bad, very bad, for you: Carbonic acid (from CO2 and H20) rots your teeth, eats your stomach lining, corrodes your "exits." Haven't had a can of acid and sugar for about thirty-five years, except for a rare, small sip of root beer. Dad's Old Fashioned and Blue Sky Organic I will sip, every few years, and then only a very small amount.

I only drink water, Have for the last 10 years or so. Once in a great while I’ll order an iced tea at a restaurant but that’s even rare.

When I was a kid it was always the little 6 1/2 ounce refillable bottles of coke, we used to check the bottom of the bottle to see where it was made.

We also used to drink Royal Palm fruit flavored soda.

Today it is usually Polar diet ginger ale.
