(I don't go for pharmaceuticals.. but if you're familiar with the ads for class-action lawsuits that go "if you or a loved one has died after taking.." a suitable epitaph might simply be:

SUE.

I won't have a gravestone. Or a grave. I'll be cremated and my ashes disposed of by the crematorium.
