Your Favourite folk and country songs and music Old and new!"!

I've never heard that version by that group. I like it!
yes altho' Obviously I like the original by Neil Diamond ..I'm a big Mavericks fan ( R.I.P Raul Malo the lead singer who died this week)... and I really enjoy this slightly slower version

My son could have written this song, He delights in everything his daughter does and
his voice is full with such joy as he tells me about it. This song really gave me warm snuggles.

Kane Brown - Backseat Driver (Lyrics)

Appalachian in her style, and I do appreciate and like it's being continued and kept out there. Thank You for posting this!

I think I knew that about her. I like her duets too but I grabbed the wrong link for the second song. Here she is with Willie Nelson. They fit well together.

FIrst came across her music in the Oh Brother.. soundtrack.

I like her parts better actually, she has a very humble sound to her without sounding like she's trying hard to get it. That
is a rare quality.

Here is a popular local folk singing couple who live in San Francisco and perform in my town at the Freight and Salvage where I've seen them play. Definitely not a high gloss, studio finish to their songs but nice harmonies anyway.

Reminds me of days at grandparents when the whole family sang and played together.
To be honest those family concerts left me warmer than any professional concert I have been to.

Umm, not my favorite but had to share it, raised with this stuff so I get where my sense of
humor was born. 1953 oldie.
