Man Who Filmed Ahmaud Arbery’s Death Is Charged With Murder.....

The man who filmed the pursuit and shooting death of Ahmaud Arbery, the 25-year-old black man who was killed after an encounter with two white men, was arrested on Thursday in connection with the killing, Georgia authorities said.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation said in a statement that the man, William Bryan, 50, was arrested on charges of felony murder and criminal attempt to commit false imprisonment. The two other men, Gregory McMichael, 64, and Travis McMichael, 34, were charged with murder and aggravated assault this month.
Mr. Bryan, who is white, recorded the confrontation on Feb. 23 as the McMichaels pursued Mr. Arbery while he was running through the Satilla Shores neighborhood near Brunswick on the southeastern Georgia coast.

(I'd really like to know WTH was he doing there, where was he going, and why he didn't call 911 immediately after taping this?)

To me anyway, the motives behind some people’s actions are totally beyond rational comprehension. They totally “trip my circuit breakers”.

How in the world can one be charged with murder for holding a camera ? Maybe he was filming, in hopes of helping the kid ? When suddenly the gun went off ?

Four full minutes spent filming, and running near and toward the danger, and positioning oneself, to get particular views, near shooters, (guns went off multiple times)
without fear or self-protection,...?

instead of calling 911?

and instead of running away?

And he's a witness with a camera, but was not hurt?

The reports include some additional reasons the Bureau of Investigation believes he was involved in the pre-planning. So it seems likely, though of course, there will be trials to present his "side"

In addition, if a person is involved , and someone is murdered, they are able to be arrested for actual murder, too. You don't need to be the one with the weapon. Is how the law reads.

IMO, this exemplifies how out of hand society becomes when allowed to run amok with guns and exercise the law (playing both judge and jury) at their own discretion.

I am guessing there is more to story we do not know yet. My understanding is that in some states, being there with people committing murder makes you equal involved
