Your vehicles. How often to you clean them inside and out?

Mine stays pretty clean between occasional visits to the car wash. The exception is the front floorboard which seems to attract small leaves and pine needles and catkins.
 

Twice a year interior shampoo and deep cleaning of the carpets, and a full body wax and power polish at the G.M. dealership where we bought it in 2013. Just turned over 65,000 miles in 13 years of ownership. That service costs $235 and it takes about 5 hours. I bring a good book, have breakfast for free in the dealership's cafe, and drive home. My service advisor, Marco, has worked there for 26 years, which is a long time to be with one employer. JIM.

Comes off your shoes unavoidable, but is a nuicence
 

It’s a 2002 Sport coupe with 78,000 miles, so Not often. It stays in the garage. I keep the interior picked up.

When I do wash it, I run it down to the barn and hose it off. If it’s really in need of a scrubbing, I put some Dawn Dish soap in a bucket. I leave it sit and it dries streakless with no help from me.

It has sun shades for those times it has to be parked in town in the heat and I keep a blanket over the back seat to avoid fading and weather deterioration.
 
I clean the inside with a car vac. And I give the trunk a huge cleaning every spring bringing all the winter scrapers inside. Rain takes care of the outside and I can wipe the wet away with a cloth. Easy.
 
I only clean the car if I have a strong motivation to do that. If the inside of the windshield develops a haze that makes it hard to see when driving in a low-sun-angle time of day then I'll try to get that cleaned up. I find it very hard to reach all around on the inside of the front windshield.
The outside of the car gets washed only when it gets grossly dirty and there hasn't been a rain, so a couple times a year.
 
I take my vehicle through the car wash before every trip to see the mechanic, my version of a shower and clean underwear when you see a doctor.😉🤭😂

I clean the inside before major events like weddings and funerals but the inside stays pretty clean.
