Under the heading of “You’re never too old to learn something new about yourself....”

I’ve spent my whole life till now believing I don’t really like sandwiches. What I discovered is that I LOVE sandwiches IF the bread is TOASTED, nice and dark!!! Who knew???

Toasted is good
Lightly toasted is even better...with stuff hot and/or melting in between
Especially if the words Rye and Reuben are involved
