If you only had to eat one thing for every meal, what would it be?- and why?

Hamburger, I have to make sure I get enough protein and while I love sugar couldn't live on it. Other meats would be too expensive.

My 'go for' dishes. Pad Thai or Chicken Tikka Masala. I never get tired of those dishes. Why: they're complex in spices and ingredients and healthy. I like 'complex' food with lots of various spices in them.

Homemade artisan bread, I bet it would keep me alive. In those old movies they kept the prisoners in the dungeons alive with ''bread and water'' and those artisan breads are so yummy looking and tasting.

Ok I thought it could only be one thing as in singularly. I change my answer to minestrone soup with everything inclusive including gluten free noodles.

Seaweed. :eewwk:

I eat oatmeal, plain, or with a few prunes, just about every morning. I do pour a little soy milk into the bowl to cool it down. If that was all I had to live on, that would suffice.

While others have given this thread a good try, there is just one correct answer. And that answer is ( drum roll) Ketchup.Kechup.jpg
It goes with almost any food. In 47 states and 34 countries, it's against the law to serve a hamburger without ketchup. It very versatile. When you eat it in a restaurant with paper napkins it's called Ketchup. When you eat it a restaurant with cloth napkins, it's catsup.

I don't like Ketchup...( it's commonly known simply as Tomato sauce here) ... nor do I like brown sauce...

if I could only eat the same thing every day..it would have to be my home-made tomato and parmesan bread...

WITHOUT...Ketchup

Green Juice in the summer OR my Chicken Soup in the winter.

(green juice: kale, spinach, celery, cucumber, lemon, green apple, ginger, turmeric)

If you're asking for one favorite food it would be handmade
ice-cream.
