We're bombarded with bad news, and misery day in and day out, so can we have a thread where no matter how small it may be , you can post your happy news, or delights here...

My delight today is one of my grandfurkids , had his 10th Birthday.. he absolutely adores the water, and is taken regularly to the reservoir with his furry brothers to swim.. but for his birthday he got taken to spend alone time with his ''mum'' to the doggie beach, and the dog exercise park early morning before it got too hot , and he was in his absolute element!! he might have been filthy and covered in sand but he was happy as a pig in mud....:D

Holly, the last of your pics is the view that I get of my daughter's two dogs as soon as I step into the kitchen around feeding time. i usually feed them each day and I don't know if they care about me or not but I'm sure that they recognize me as their "food source". One's an old hound and the other a Maltese.

Dave, my daughters' dogs, love me, they go absolutely ballistic with excitement when my car pulls up, even though sometimes they haven't seen me for a year!!!!! ...

The one in this picture Digger, won't leave my side when I'm there. he even sleeps outside the bedroom door, and he won't touch his breakfast with the other dogs when my daughter puts out at 7am... until I'm up and he's seen me, then he'll happily go and eat!!

Daughter says, he sulks for 3 days after I've gone home!!:D

Well my delight today was finally getting the MRI done on my misplaced kneecap...it's only taken 3 months!!:rolleyes:... the sun was shining and it was a beautiful warm day, so it was nice just to be out!!:cool:..and I got my hair cut while I was out too...
 
I woke up at 9:15 AM, usually get up at about 8. The sun was shining. Outside it was a bright and breezy spring day. I was well rested-nothing was hurting too much. I felt good. I was hungry, so breakfast tasted great. Watched my favorite who dun it on TV. It was a good morning. can't wait for the rest of the day. How can anybody not agreed that this morning was a Happy Delight.:)

I agree, sounds like a perfect morning..I could do with some of those myself....:D
 
I guess my feeling like a million dollars when I woke up at 5:am this morning was one of my Happy Days also. I called them my Bi-Polar Highs and they don't happen often enough. The feeling of hapiness, excitement and delight as if could soar into wild blue is how I can best describe my feeling. (no drugs if you wondering lol, just feel damn good) I usually tell sweetie that I am on a bi-polar high and she just ingores me. On the other side I sometimes have downers and that is when I go outside and work on the truck or take the lawn mower apart and then put it back together. But it was a great day, sofar..:woohoo1:
 
Happy AZ Jim is back & my happiest day in very long time is posted in Military as a Shoutout to the Old Bold Pilots, attending the Kirtland AFB Air Show on Sat 5/18. Still have an afterglow from it!
