I understand completely LC...as you'll see by my previous post!Many difficult circumstances (sorry I’ve got to keep this private) but believe me humor can be squeezed out of you. I’m sure there are others who have changed over the years due to tragic circumstances.

I hear ya and I'm getting to the point where I feel that life is too short to worry myself with so many things any more.I'm too serious/competitive when it comes to playing games that are supposed to be fun.
I also become too serious when I encounter stupid behavior in me or in others.
Worry can feel like an attack that's for sure. It's great you see the humor in things!I'm not very serious. I'd rather laugh or make a joke.
Worry has attacked more than several times however.
