The Simon and Garfunkle thread.

I met Art Garfunkle a long time again at a pub here in CT. He was teaching math at the high school up there.


Say it ain't so. Pau making millions, Art did what, missed the boat-like the drummer that left Beetles before they hit it big.
I think they sound much better as a dual, but in-fighting leaves carcasses.
 
My favorite of all Simon & Garfunkel is "Bridge over Troubled Waters". I could listen to that over and over. And I have. They've been my all time favorites since the late 60's. Also like the Chevy Chase/Paul Simon "Call me Al". All Simon & Garfunkel music goes perfect with a sip or two of Amaretto.
 
One of my favorites was Scarborough Fair, the harmonies were spot on and the lyrics painted such a clear picture that I felt I was there, smells and all, I also love the feeling groovy song it made me feel groovy😎😎
