that you are of a certain age? I've been noticing for about a year that I get tired more easily and more quickly than I used to. My older sister who is like the energizer bunny, always cleaning, taxi-ing, cooking and now baby sitting, has finally had to slow down because she's noticed it too. I'm asking we seniors but a lot of younger people are complaining about being tired a lot too.

Yes I tire more easily. It drives me crazy. If I try not to give into it I either find I'm not enjoying what I'm doing or I suffer for it the next day.
I guess the trick is to find the right balance. You don't want to become a couch potato yet you don't want to end up in the ER.

Yes I tire more easily. Can't walk but a few driveways down the street with my walker.
Been trying to get the energy to sweep the floors.

Yeah
Noticed it when I built my shop up in the mountains a couple years or so ago
Had to take a break around every hour (told my lady it was a think break)

Now I'm roofing an old shed
Same thing, but the breaks are coming more oftern
If I don't, quality goes south
I prolly only total 5-6 hrs of solid work per day when building
Jus' the way it is

Anyone lucky enough to live long enough will begin to feel it.
Can't argue with that
....and I'm only 71

I have noticed it at my age even (54). It is more of a struggle to run my behind off to keep up with the time demand in the Food Service dept. I am exhausted and sore when I leave work. Too worn out to do the exercising I'm supposed to be doing to lose weight. Some days like today, body movements are slower. Younger people are having trouble keeping up and I work circles around some of them.

Yeah, I see it, too. I also find that sometimes it's hard to work up the enthusiasm to do something I don't particularly want to do, like vacuuming, and so I'll blow it off till tomorrow when I won't be enthused either.

Gary you are doing very well, many of your chores are very labor intensive, you are one tough guy!!

I do appreciate that, Lc, but the toughness is waning at a somewhat rapid pace.
From living in town the last 9 months, I no longer have callouses on callouses.
Can't wait to get back to the cabin to search for what's left in these ol' bones.

Well sure but you have toughness of spirit, that will get you through when the going gets tough. 👍👍
