I believe you are correct Marie.I read somewhere that some states are giving leeway on inspection. But I have heard that auto service shops are considered essential services. I would check.
I will continue to drive (sparingly) until I can get it inspected..I'm talking about the yearly car inspection to get your sticker for the coming year. It seems they should cut us some slack this year, because nothing is wrong with everybody's car, it's just the mandatory yearly state inspection. I think they should let it go until after the virus.
Perhaps you might reconsider your decision. Brakes are more than a convenience feature.Shoot, I have brake fluid leaking, but there is no way I'm taking it in to be fixed!
