Another thought. If a hundred thousand people die of the virus, what do we do with the surviving children?

CNN states:
Your search for cancer patients have been “rated” and those at a level 6 have had their treatments suspended. did not match any documents.

Your search for in what city or state have cancer patients been triaged in favor of coronavirus patients did not match any documents.

Your search for Where have cancer treatment suspended so not to expose the sickest cancer patients to the virus. did not match any documents.

How many ways should I ask CNN's search engine? I used YOUR words from your post that I answered to. So, a CNN link, please? Not Daily Mail. Any Brit here can tell you that source is sensational and not reliable. So, a CNN link, please? Not a tabloid link.
Lol, I guess you decided not to quit for the day. Some would say CNN is not reliable. Believe what you want. I have stated clearly, that this is what I heard and you inferred I made it up. Which I did not. You wanted a reference, I found one. You don’t want to accept that reference, well, ok.

Then don’t. I couldn’t care less. But it makes sense to me. I am not going to find another link for you. Find it yourself. All elective surgeries have been cancelled, that would apply to the early this can wait cancer surgeries as well. Which is what the daily news said.

My son in law has cancer and gets a scan every 6 months. My husband is in the middle of the diagnose process and gets a scan every six months tracking a lung cancer nodule which may or may not be aggressive.

I have MDS a rare red blood cell cancer. It’s a cancer for life thing and you simply wait for the other shoe to drop-which is leukemia. I’m pretty sure you can find info on it, lol.

My father died of cancer, as did an aunt, my grandmother, an uncle, and other family members. My mother has survived breast cancer, and I had successful surgery for very early breast cancer. Cancer stories interest me for obvious reasons. I don’t know what your issue is with this.

Except perhaps you just want to be right.

Whatever.............

However, I did not imply you "made it up," just that you might be suffering from panic due to hysteria. No, I won't quit for the day, or the week, or the month, or the year. To state facts, prove facts. To spread rumors ............. well, I'm gonna call anyone on it if I see it. It's dangerous. I don't want to be "right" but your unwillingness to back up your reckless reports of dubious events proves I am, at least in this instance. I'm not taking pride in being right but in stopping stories of an uncertain and unfounded nature from further circulating. Thank you.

Ps
If CNN is suddenly not reliable for you, why quote them in the first place? ;)

You are trying to take pride in being right, but you are not right. I‘ve not done anything dangerous, or reckless, but whatever. I am not the one who is tirelessly cleaning, spraying, and wiping down everything that comes into her house. Lol. I am not the one who is panicked.

I have no need to be right so claim what you want. Please do not attribute what you are doing to me. As I have said, many times, I am DNA/DNI. Have been for years. I have no fear of the virus or death. Have said this many times before the virus was an issue.

Why are you so fixated on this? It is so strange. None of us can control what is happening. I got a package from amazon today. Brought it in the house, sat it on the dog crate, didn’t spray it with anything, or wipe it down. Living on the edge, lol.

@Aneeda72: "I forget what state or city, but in one place cancer patients have been “rated” and those at a level 6 have had their treatments suspended."

Nope. Giving information like that, which I could not find anywhere, BTW, without a link to it's source is very irresponsible. It's very possible this is under discussion, but to say it has already been implemented without being sure is hysteria talk. Unless you can document this, get a grip. Thank you.
Pepper--I wouldn't be caught dead watching CNN, but I did see this earlier... https://www.yahoo.com/news/doctors-withhold-care-sickest-185835638.html

I have friends in their 50’s who have children as young as 5. My daughter, who basically has custody of her granddaughter, who is 2, is in her late 40’s. CNN gives the death totals but does not give a breakdown of the ages of those that died. We just don’t know.

Aneeda, that makes my point. If your friends in their 50's have a 5-year-old, that means that by the time they are in their 80's (the high mortality group for the coronavirus), their "child" would be in his/her 30's, All the research on this shows the same thing: it tends to be a fatal disease for the oldest patients. Very much a function of age. The parents of young children are not so much in danger of dying, although obviously it happens now and then

But as I've said, if the grandparents have been the caretakers of the children, that would present a huge problem if they get killed off in large numbers. Hopefully, the parents could find some other babysitting help.

About the Daily Mail, I wouldn't believe anything in that alarmist rag.

My husband is a cancer paient….when you have cancer you always have to have scans, more diagnose process...He is living but always
seeing his Doctor's every 3 months....This year he couldn't even go to the Doctor...So he is starting this month to have Cat scans and what
other they want to do....
...Right now he goes to a chiropractor....for his back...He could hardly walk...(We all have something in our life,
especially when we are getting old!!!

On CNN today it was repeated that a 100000 to 200000 would die in the next two to three weeks. So hard to believe those numbers, and too sad to imagine. How will we bury so great a number? How will families afford it?

I hope some parkland will be taken and a national burial spot be created If this comes to pass. All the victims, whose family agree, can be buried for free. I suppose cremation would be the best way possible. We must never forget this, we must always be prepared from this time forward.
I never believe CNN....

It wasn’t on CNN, I googled for the information.

I am a cancer patient, I am seen once a year, blood test. My husband is a cancer patient, scans every six months. My son in law, a cancer patient, scans every three months. Insure what cancer had to do with the virus or the thread.

Sorry....I also have my husband is a cancer patient....Yup every six months...except he still has to go next month and
also he is going to a chiropractor....We are all in the same boat...or shi#.... (sorry, I just don't like CNN....)
