I dont know about anybody else but that sure looks fake to me.
Poor child.I don't think showing his disability like this a good idea, it isn't kind!
Maybe the exposure of his condition will draw attention and help for his condition. Even though I have some slight reservations.

I think it may be a severe case of Macrodactyly (giantism) of the hands. The defect can also occur in the feet.

It's not only his hands poor little soul, but his upper chest is severely deformed and he has a pronounced shortening of one leg.
I do hope that by showing this online that someone will see it to offer help to the family of this little lad to have his medical bills paid.
