When the virus dissapates, will you avoid going to places where there are large crowds?

Honestly LadyBJ: I haven't heard a man's voice or even SEEN a man for a month! The only place I go is to the Post office and they are only old women there. I'm climbing the wall! Are men still out there?

I have to work with a few every day. I'll talk to one and touch him for you. ~grins~
Only if you think it will help of course.

I avoid crowds because of a perfume allergy, at all times. I'll continue to do so.
It's a pain to not be able to go to a concert or play because it could trigger the asthma.
If we're on a cruise and they offer a late show, I can sometimes go and sit away from other people.
Otherwise, I have to watch the show later on the T.V.

Heres the deal, you can have my old fat cranky husband as long as I can have his paychecks. However, his voice has gotten a bit squeaky lately. 🤣

I'll probably try to remain mindful and continue certain behavioral changes, like washing my hands much more thoroughly and frequently.

I absolutely expect to return to a life that includes concerts, plays, county fairs, airplane travel, reunions, weddings and large parties. Occasional Las Vegas and Disneyland visits, too. Probably none of those are in the cards for me in 2020, but perhaps by 2021.

The first step will be hugs from my kids, grands and friends, dining out, and feeling free to dash to the store for just a few items when the mood strikes.

I don't usually get involved with large crowds, but how about smaller groups such as bridge games? We usually have several tables (4 players at each, of course), so there are about 2 dozen people in the room. Not sure how soon I will feel comfortable about returning, but I'm sure the day will eventually come.

I agree the day will eventually come but until we have a TNT vaccine I will not feel comfortable in social settings where I'm unable to keep a reasonable distance.

You won't see me at the card table sharing a bowl of snacks.

I suppose that it comes down to what each of us is comfortable with.

I just saw one piece that predicts four spikes or returns for this virus. This may sound trivial but I wonder how long the barber shops will remain closed. I think shaking hands, close contact and trusting restaurants to be sanitized is going to take long time. The media could start a "reaction" all over again with stories of a couple of new cases and that is sad like yelling "Fire!"
The need for a vaccine is paramount in our future.

Already try avoid venues with large crowds because they frequently require large amounts of time and money. A crowded restaurant the same in that I don't want to be rubbing elbows under any circumstances, especially when eating. None of this relieved to get seated.

If/When the current restrictions are lifted....May 4th in our area, under present plans....we plan to "ease" back into society, slowly. We will probably continue our current routine for at least a couple of weeks, while monitoring the local news closely. Rushing into "normalcy" too soon, could easily result in even more issues with this virus....IMO.

I'm not big on being in crowds but always love going to near festivals. I most definitely will NOT be going to our Octoberfest this year if they have it.
