Had a more or less perfect day yesterday.
Coffee with my wife, followed by a 3/4 mile swim, then breakfast. Then we took our puppy to a little campsite run by a group that tries to protect the James River. The leader took us out in a boat downstream from Richmond. We saw ospreys, egrets, great blue herons and cormorants. Maxine went swimming with us in the river (we bought her a little life preserver with a handle we could grab to pull her out of the water).
Then, masked grocery shopping followed by some PGA Tour on tv followed by an online bridge tournament where we came in dead last.
Don't know why but it seemed like a great day.
Anybody else had a good-to-great day in the midst of all this mess lately?
