No, when I started regular meditation, I have worried less. I remember I read worrying is like sitting in a rocking chair, you're moving but going nowhere. I remind myself that stuff will take care of itself whether I worry or not.
If it's something I know that needs to be done, I take care of it asap. If it's out of my control, that's when I don't worry.
