Trader Joe's protocols

It's a small store, so we had to stand outside and wait in a socially distanced line for a while. Everyone was masking. They offered us sanitizer before entering. Checking out, there was a single line, but multiple checkers so it went quickly, and we stood 6 feet back while the checker and bagger emptied our cart. Then we paid, and left-- with two boxes of dark chocolate covered almonds with sea salt and turbinado sugar, among other things! We each have our own box! LOL! Gee, I love Trader Joe's. Wish there was one closer.

It's one of my favorite stores as well. I don't think I've been there since the Covid restrictions but my wife goes every once in a while. The one closest to us used to have 30 to 45 minute lines early on but they've gone down. My wife checks the line as she goes by and if the line is short she goes in.

A few days ago, I got a box of chocolate covered almonds with coconut at Costco. Sounds like there was a big almond crop this year!

Their food is the best but the parking lot of the one closest to me is way too small, the social distancing lines way too long so I don't shop there.

Before Covid, I was at TJ's once a week. I've been there only one time since March and I miss it like crazy. I can't stand in line for long periods of time so I'm really restricted there waiting to get in. I miss the small store atmosphere with the most friendly helpful staff anywhere and products you'll never find anywhere else.

I have a Trader Joe's about five miles from my apartment.

I enjoy the atmosphere at Trader Joe's but never find much that I can use at a price I'm willing to pay.

The fresh flowers always cheer me up and seem to be a good value compared to other grocery stores in the area.

I live about a mile from a Trader Joe's. Since mid-March our shopping experience there has been virtually identical to yours, Carol. While it's always been a pleasure to shop there, it's even more so now.
