What periods, or places in history would you love to go back to?

For me, it would be the moment they finished building the Pyramids in Egypt. I'd like to meet George Washington. Maybe, be at Lincoln's Gettysburg Address. And be on the moon , when the astronauts landed.

I'd love to go back to Ireland in the mid 19th Century and watch my great Grandparents as they took the perilous ( for those days) journey to their new life in Scotland during the great Irish Potato famine in the hope of a new and better life, only to find that the Highlands of Scotland when they arrived there was going through the same thing.. the devastation must have been horrendous. I'd want to witness how my great grandfather made the decision to stay and farm the highlands of Scotland rather than journey back to Ireland

Good question. So many thoughts. Maybe to a time in the 30's or 40's when all my grandparents were alive. Only met my paternal grandmother and she died when I was 5.

Remington, Teddy Roosevelt. Shakespeare. Jung. General Grant. i would try to learn something profound from each of them, (really experience them) before bouncing off to the next destination. I'd like to ride one of the first steam trains. I'd like to watch the Viking warriors readying to sail.

I would choose to travel the western areas of the United States hitting Yosemite, Sequoia, Big Sur, the Carmel area, the Grand Canyon, Yellowstone, the Petrified Forest, the Painted Desert, the Grand Tetons and other areas before there were any people in North America. I also think I'd be interested in visiting sections of the east coast and midwest to see what it was like to have a forest that stretched from one coast to the other.
