Welllllllllll ... yeah, that's probably right. Don't a lot of pshrinks say that it's healthy to get rid of your bad emotions by letting them out? Maybe the haters are just self-medicating ...
Sometimes hate, whether justified or not, can be a motivational force, something that gets you up off the sofa. But I grant that it's a strong emotion, and strong emotions, whether good or bad, can be dangerous to one's health.
