Is there anything in your life that never fails to give you joy? If so what gives you the most joy in your life?

For me it is definitely music. I'm having an amazing night of music listening to the random offerings that iTunes has come up with for me today. I'm loving most of what I'm hearing and it's giving me an amazing evening.

Is there any particular type of music that brings you the most joy when you're playing it?

Everything I play. I pick out my favourite songs and then pick a key that I like to play it in by ear. I can read music but I’d rather not. Most songs I enjoy are emotional love ballads.

Songs that rocked my world tonight included one of the songs from Jesus Christ Superstar, one for a favorite band of mine, Vomit Launch, Suzanne Vega, The Watson Twins, a somewhat Bluegrass cover of Paul Simon's American Tune by a group called Crooked Still and many other things.

I especially love cello and other strings in rock and pop music. However when I think of sax Jerry Rafferty's Baker Street first comes to mind along with Somebody Up There Likes Me by David Bowie. I also love some of the music of Morphine with that wonderful bass sax.

You certainly have a wide range in genre choices. Clearly you like pop rock also. Lately I’ve been listening to a radio station that plays quite a bit of indie pop. One day I was walking the dogs and a song came on that was about 15 minutes long in remakes of popular songs in indie rock. It was really good.
The Bass Sax. There’s also the contrabass saxophone. Some of these saxophones are huge.
I’m so glad mine are of the smaller variety.
The cello truly is lovely instrument. Then again, I like most instruments.

Without question, my dog family is my daily joy. Can't imagine life without dogs.

Yes, on Sunday it was an 80 yard pitching wedge to within about four feet of the pin, resulting in a par on a par 4 in an otherwise forgettable round. That's why one keeps coming back.
