The View is no view soon.

I didn't even know it was still on the air. My wife used to watch it.

I could never stomach Rosie nor Whoopie (cushion) Goldberg.
 

I always thought Whoopie and Rosie had a love-hate relationship. Maybe I am confusing them with two others that were on this show.
 
I never cared for the people on that show, and never watched it...except for a few minutes here and there to get the gist of it. Could never sit through an entire show.
 
My view of "The View" is that it is but one of a myriad of mindless shows created by the entertainment industry. I suppose if one was home-bound as a recovering addict or on parole, they would welcome the blather and commentary. There's plenty of similar content available through the cable and satellite providers.

I agree Mrs. R., anytime I flashed on it one was trying to do all the talking. I always admire seeing some humility in a discussion, but I guess you know there just isn't a lot of that out there.
